PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Kinesys Automation’s lid closers feature modular construction making them versatile to be incorporated into any container sealing application. Depending on the style of pail, product characteristics, and line throughput, lid closers are commonly available in styles applicable for either indexing or continuous motion applications, and for products with press-on lids or crimp-on lids. Our systems can be height adjustable to accommodate varying height containers, and feature interchangeable heads to accommodate different style lids.

Pressure Closer
Developed for press-on or crimp-on style lids, containers are indexed into the lid closer station equipped with an overhead, pneumatically operated press plate. System incorporates a quick disconnect release pin for efficiently changing over head styles and sizes. Can be integrated into continuous conveying system with a ‘Pail Lifter Station’.

Roller Closer
Developed for continuous motion and high speed applications, roller closers are integrated into a conveying system that drives the pail or can through the system. Kinesys Automation’s roller closers are highly appropriate for low viscosity applications where sudden pail acceleration and deceleration, a common trait of indexing style manufacturing lines, may result in product spills.
