Pail Palletizer with Integrated Stretch Wrapper

KA-20-004 – Kinesys Automation has expanded it’s line of palletizers to include an integrated stretch wrapper, allowing for unstable pallets to be automatically stretch wrapped immediately following palletizing.  Through handshaking controls, the stretch wrapper is automatically triggered to initiate its cycle and in turn prevents the palletizer from initiating a new cycle until the pallet has been removed and an empty pallet is placed in position.

4-Head Net Weigh Filler, Lid Placer, Lid Closer & Fully Automated Palletizer

KA-20-005 – Kinesys Automation introduces its latest development of a full featured pail line spanning filling through palletizing.

The fully automated line designed for 5 gallon plastic pails, includes a 4-headed net weigh filler (expandable to 5-heads), a versatile lid placer to accommodate lids from 4 manufacturers, and a high throughput pail palletizer.    The line further includes a top sheet dispenser and a stretch wrapper.  Set to process 24 pails per minute, the line ejects a completed pallet at the rate of 1 pallet in 90 seconds.

Fully-Automatic Palletizer With Pallet Dispenser

KA-19-005 – Capitalizing on its modular and flexible design platform, Kinesys Automation has developed a fully automated pail palletizing system, inclusive of a lid placer, lid closer, and palletizer, pallet dispenser and associated pallet conveyors.

Featuring the most compact possible footprint, the system can be configured to eject a finished pallet out of any side of the palletizer.

System features interchangeable pick-up heads to allow for palletizing of pails or cases.

Volumetric Filler, Pail Inverter, and Crimp Closer

KA-18-012 – Kinesys Automation has developed its latest addition to flexible filling, highlighting the versatility of filling and processing multiple size pails. Using a standalone filler featuring interchangeable pressure plates and fill valves, with a standalone pail inverter and a fully pneumatic standalone lid crimper, Kinesys Automation has once again demonstrated the benefits of modular automation.

This specially designed filler used a servo-pneumatic system to lower a plate into an empty pail. The pressure of the product flowing into the pail will then raise the plate to a calculated height determined by the volume. The pressure and volume can be set through the HMI and saved into recipes for different filling configurations.

Screw Lid Placer and Closer

KA-12-002 – Based on its modular approach of integrated systems, Kinesys Automation developed a standalone lid placer and lid closer for screw-on type lids on containers of varying heights. When a container passes underneath the lid placer station, the pail is raised off the conveyor. A lid is then picked off the stack and placed onto that container. The pail is then dropped back onto the conveyor to allow it to index into the closer station, where it is again lifted off the conveyor. While raised, the lid is held firmly while the pail is spun until the lid is tightened to a controlled setting. At the conclusion, the pail is lowered onto the conveyor where it is ejected from the system.
