Fillers

KA-09-012 – This high speed, high pressure servo doser is designed to fill volumes up to 700 ml.  Equipped with a ball screw actuator capable of delivering an impressive 40,000 lbs. of thrust, the system develops a product pressure up to 1,200 PSI.  The system is equipped with a secondary doser delivering a catalyst through a Coriolis flowmeter.  Programmed with adjustable setpoints, the system alarms anytime a low catalyst dose is detected.  The combined catalyst and base material are pushed through a 3′ foot long static mixing column to yield uniform product dispersion.

KA-19-010 – Kinesys Automation has developed its latest addition to flexible filling, highlighting the versatility of filling and processing multiple size pails. Using a standalone filler featuring interchangeable pressure plates and fill valves, with a standalone pail inverter and a fully pneumatic standalone lid crimper, Kinesys Automation has once again demonstrated the benefits of modular automation.

This specially designed filler used a servo-pneumatic system to lower a plate into an empty pail. The pressure of the product flowing into the pail will then raise the plate to a calculated height determined by the volume. The pressure and volume can be set through the HMI and saved into recipes for different filling configurations. 

KA-15-027 – Kinesys Automation has developed a semi-automatic, in-line 2 head Subsurface filler for filling pails, jugs, kegs, and totes. Containers are manually brought into the filling stations, where they sit in dedicated scales. System includes independently actuated subsurface nozzles, dedicated for each station, allowing precise filling of each container independent of each other.

When filling larger containers, the fill nozzle is simply turned around and filling can begin on the floor scale located behind the machine.

KA-08-001 – This 8 headed Volumetric Doser is based on Kinesys Automation’s modular filling platform. With 8 independent and dedicated pneumatic piston actuators, system is capable of filling containers ranging in volume from 2 mL to 10 mL. This system incorporates Kinesys Automation’s proprietary valve configuration described as a low pressure positive displacement valve with minimized shearing properties. The valve body, constructed of stainless steel, consists of a rotary spool valve, and a positive displacement cavity with an associated piston.

All wetted parts are constructed of 300 series stainless steel, and equipped with chemically resistant seals (Viton/Teflon).
